🛡️ God is Our Refuge

In times of trouble and distress, we can find safety in God. Psalm 46:1 says, "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble." When the storms of life rage, God is the one we can turn to for shelter and strength.

God does not promise that life will be easy, but He does promise that He will always be there to protect us and provide for us in every situation. His refuge is a safe place where we can find peace, healing, and restoration.

Psalm 91:2 declares, "I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'" When we face fear or uncertainty, we can take refuge in God’s promises. He is our fortress—unshakable and secure.

Even when life feels uncertain, we can rest in the assurance that God is watching over us, offering His refuge and protection. Let His peace guard your heart and mind today.

當我們面臨困難與挑戰時，神是我們堅固的避難所。詩篇 46:1 提到：「神是我們的避難所和力量，是我們隨時的幫助。」當生命的風暴來襲時，神是我們可以依靠的庇護所，賜給我們安慰和力量。

神並不保證我們的生活不會有困難，但祂保證在每一個時刻，祂都會保護我們，提供我們所需的一切。祂的避難所是我們可以尋求平安、醫治與恢復的地方。
